Contact Support

Planned workflow: Contact the product team about tasks, account access, or billing. Preview diagnostics before sharing and never send Instagram passwords or cookies.

What information should I send to support?

Describe the page, visible error code, product version and steps that caused the problem. Do not send Instagram passwords, payment card details or target lists. The contact form is separate from local task storage; the final public support identity still needs approval.

Do not send Instagram passwords, cookies, or target lists.

Choose the right support topic

Describe whether the issue concerns installation, a local task, data recovery, account access, or billing. Do not submit a password or payment-card number.

Find your product version

Include the extension version shown in your local build and your desktop browser version. Do not describe an unreleased capability as though it had completed a live action.

Prepare a redacted report

Provide the error code and a redacted reproduction. Remove Instagram names, target links, cookies, authorization headers, and backup contents from screenshots or logs.

Account billing and privacy requests

Use the same product email for billing and privacy requests where possible. Delivery depends on the configured support service; the form must not claim success if delivery fails.
