Follow Authors from Instagram Hashtags

Planned workflow: Use authors of accessible hashtag posts as follow targets. Review duplicates, filters, and source limits before starting a local Chrome task.

Does the extension support following hashtag post authors?

Hashtag authors are a planned source, not a released capability. Post authors differ from people who liked a post, and repeated authors must be deduplicated before preview. This workflow does not promise hashtag reach or follower growth.

Choose a hashtag

A tag such as #example_topic is a fictional format example. Validate the chosen tag before collecting any content authors in a future verified source.

Find visible post authors

This source is intended to select authors of accessible posts associated with a hashtag. It is not a directory of everyone who follows that hashtag.

Apply your filters

Deduplicate authors and apply the same blacklist and attribute filters used by other Follow sources. Repeated posts from one person must not multiply actions.

Handle limited or unavailable results

Hashtag collection remains blocked pending real compatibility checks. Unavailable or partial results need an explicit explanation rather than a promise of exhaustive reach.
